The White Villa is located on the East-coast of Zanzibar. Locally known as Unguja , Zanzibar lies on the east coast of Africa , about 40 kilometres of Tanzania's principal port of Dar es Salaam . High-speed ferries reqularly call at Zanzibar from Dar es Salaam, as well as inexpensive commuter flights from the the domestic terminal of the Dar es Sallam airport.
